CFFA – A Gisborne based fly fishing club in the Macedon Ranges, Victoria. We are around 50 minutes from the Melbourne CBD.

The Calder Fly Fishing Club is open to anyone and everyone interested in the art of freshwater fly-fishing, from wily veterans to absolute beginners.

Meetings are held each month in Gisborne, Victoria except December. The club would be most convenient to those located in The Macedon Ranges, such as Gisborne, Macedon, Woodend, Sunbury, Riddells Creek, Kyneton and Romsey.

The aim of the club is to help educate and promote the sport and hopefully attract a new generation of fly-fishers. Meetings will cover tips and techniques, casting, fly tying, stream-craft and more.

There will also be regular events, such as fishing trips, casting clinics and even the occasional saltwater foray. As a sport, fly-fishing can come across as serious, confusing and downright intimidating, but not at the Calder Fly Fishing Club.
